Introduction
Hi! I’m writing to share some exciting news as I approach a significant milestone in my life. This December, I will be graduating from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Christian Studies. As I prepare to step into this new chapter, God has opened an incredible door! I have been called to serve on a three month mission trip to South Africa and Eswatini, and I am so grateful for your support in this adventure!
Why World Race?
In mid-October, I began wrestling with what it truly means to follow Christ’s example of being “obedient to the point of death” (Philippians 2:8). This reflection led me to examine what this devotion might look like in my own life. Around this time, I decided to look into the World Race, which was something that had been on my heart for a while. As I studied Jesus’ words about coming to earth to do His Father’s will rather than His own, and considered Abraham’s example of faithful obedience, I began to see a clear pattern. The Lord was teaching me that true freedom comes through fearing Him rather than worldly concerns, and showing me how His grace works in sequence: first transforming us, then preparing us, and finally sending us.
The way everything unfolded seemed meaningful and purposeful – within just two weeks of these initial feelings, I had scheduled an information call, completed an interview, and been accepted into World Race. By the end of October, I had committed to joining a team, seeing God’s hand in how He had prepared this path before me. And He will continue to do so! What began as meditating on obedience had blossomed into a concrete opportunity to follow Christ’s example of surrendering to the Father’s will.
With all of that being said, From January 14th to April 27th, 2025, I will be joining a mission team that begins with training camp in Georgia before departing for Africa. This mission trip will allow me to share the joy of the Lord with children across the nations. I am stepping out in faith to raise these funds. I would love if you would consider partnering with me in this mission through prayer and financial support, if you feel called to do so. Any amount you feel led to give would be deeply appreciated and would directly contribute to this work.
With Love,
